These pieces are ready to ship. You will receive your order within 7–10 business days.

With personalization
These pieces are made especially for you and finished by hand from start to finish according to your personalization details. This takes a little more time. The total timeframe is 14–16 business days.

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless it is defective. In that case, we will of course find a solution.

Yes, our jewelry is made from high-quality stainless steel with an 18k gold PVD coating. It is 100% water-resistant and does not lose its color, even when worn daily in the shower or while swimming.

No, you do not need a warranty certificate. Your order is automatically covered by our 12-month warranty. Your order confirmation is all you need.

As long as production has not started, we can still make changes. Email us as soon as possible at contact@miravelparis.com and we will see what is possible.

Jewelry without personalization:
As long as your order has not been shipped, we can cancel or change it. Please contact us as soon as possible in this case too.

Once the order is in production or out for delivery, no changes can be made.
