Shipping

We ship to the countries available at checkout. Your order is sent to the delivery address you provide.

Non-personalized jewelry: delivery in 7–10 business days.
Personalized jewelry: delivery in 8–12 business days. This timeframe includes preparing your order and transporting it to the delivery address.

United States: tracked shipping costs US$4.90 for orders below US$60 and is free from US$60. The threshold is based on the order subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

If the estimated delivery timeframe for your jewelry has passed, email contact@miravelparis.com so we can check your order.

Delivery address

Check that your address is complete and correct. Report any error to contact@miravelparis.com as soon as possible so we can check whether correction or interception is still possible. If a parcel is returned to the sender, contact us to arrange a solution. Any additional costs attributable to an incorrect address will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable rights. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
