For a piece without personalization, allow 7–10 business days. A personalized piece takes 14–16 business days: this includes the time needed to make and finish it with your chosen details.
Can I return my jewelry?
For non-personalized jewelry, the return window runs for 30 days after delivery. Pieces made to your specifications cannot be returned unless faulty. If something is wrong, contact us so we can help.
Is your jewelry water-resistant?
The stainless-steel base and 18K gold PVD coating on gold finishes are chosen for water resistance and lasting color. Your jewelry is designed to accompany you daily, including in the shower or while swimming.
How does the warranty work?
There is no separate certificate to request. Your jewelry comes with 12 months of warranty cover; keep your order confirmation to contact us about a problem.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email contact@miravelparis.com as soon as possible. We can adjust a personalized piece before production starts. For a non-personalized order, changes or cancellation remain possible until dispatch. Once the relevant stage has begun, we can no longer change it.
Will my jewelry look like the photos?
You will receive the design shown in the photographs. Your screen settings can make a shade appear slightly different from the actual piece.
