Order Cancellation

To get your order to you quickly, we begin processing it as soon as it is confirmed. Orders containing personalized pieces may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, because each piece is made to order, we are unable to cancel or change them, including personalization details. Orders containing only non-personalized items may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered fulfillment. To request a cancellation, contact contact@miravelparis.com with your order number as soon as possible. Outside these windows, or once fulfillment has begun, we are unable to cancel the order under this commercial cancellation policy. Please review your order carefully, including all personalization details, before completing your purchase. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Returns

• You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the date you receive your order, subject to the eligibility conditions below.
• To qualify under our voluntary returns policy, items must be unused and in their original packaging and condition.
• Personalized items, such as custom engravings, names or birthstone combinations made to your specifications, are not eligible for standard change-of-mind returns unless confirmed defective. Choosing a standard size or color alone does not necessarily make an item personalized. Your rights for damaged, incorrect or nonconforming goods remain unaffected.
• To initiate a return, contact us at contact@miravelparis.com with your order number, the item(s) concerned, the reason for return, and a clear photo or photos of any issue. We will provide further instructions.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we confirm an error on our part or applicable law requires us to cover them.
• Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange or store credit, depending on your choice.
• Where permitted by law, a 15% restocking fee applies to non-personalized items returned under our voluntary returns policy for a refund to your original payment method. This fee does not apply to faulty items, items not as described, items sent in error on our part, or returns made under an applicable statutory right of withdrawal. Prefer to skip the return? For an eligible non-personalized item, you may keep it and choose full store credit for the full order value, with no fee and no return shipping.

1-Year Quality Guarantee

• All Miravel Paris pieces are covered by a one-year commercial guarantee from the date of purchase.
• If, under normal use, your item breaks, tarnishes or fades, we will replace it free of charge, including shipping.
• To make a claim, provide your order number, a description of the issue and a clear photograph to contact@miravelparis.com.
• This guarantee covers manufacturing defects under normal wear. It does not cover damage due to misuse, improper storage, loss, or normal wear and tear such as small scratches.
• This commercial guarantee is additional to, and does not limit, any mandatory legal guarantees or remedies available in your country.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges requested within 30 days of receipt, subject to the same eligibility conditions as our returns policy, including the rules for personalized items. Please have your order confirmation email, order card or gift receipt ready. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the eligible item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method unless you choose an exchange or store credit. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. Any shorter mandatory refund deadline remains applicable.

Your Statutory Rights

The cancellation windows, unused-condition requirement, personalized-item exclusions and restocking fee above apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not restrict mandatory consumer rights. In particular, applicable statutory withdrawal rights and legal guarantees remain unaffected. For a statutory withdrawal, no reason or photograph is required, and the unused-condition requirement and restocking fee do not apply. Orders already placed retain the terms applicable at the time of purchase.

Where a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies, notify us of your decision before it expires and return the goods within 14 days after that notification. You may use the optional template below or any other unequivocal statement. In the European Union, any refund due is issued within 14 days after notification, subject to the legal right to withhold it until the goods or proof of return shipment are received. Paid standard delivery costs are refunded where legally required; the additional cost of a more expensive delivery option chosen by the customer need not necessarily be refunded. You may inspect the item as you would in a store; diminished value resulting from additional handling may be taken into account within legal limits.

Promotions & Offers

Promotions and offers cannot be combined or applied retroactively. If you order under one offer and a different promotion becomes available later, we are unable to adjust or refund the difference. Where we choose to make a discretionary price or promotional adjustment, it will be issued as store credit for you to use on a future order. This does not affect any refund or remedy required by law.
